My name is Hector Ruiz III, and I’ve had the privilege of growing up and serving right here in our wonderful Monterey Park community. Many of you may remember me from my time as a Police Explorer with the Monterey Park Police Department, where I proudly served for four years. That experience gave me the chance to connect deeply with our neighbors, help keep our streets safe, and create lasting memories through my years at Brightwood Elementary and Mark Keppel High School.
As life evolves, so do the ways we give back. Today, I’m excited to share that my path has led me into a new form of service, real estate. I’ve become a Realtor dedicated to helping families and individuals build their futures right here in the same community that shaped me. I know you’ve probably received plenty of real estate flyers before. But for me, this isn’t just about selling homes. It’s about continuing to serve. This time, by helping people find their place in a neighborhood where they can feel safe, supported, and proud to belong.
My mission hasn’t changed; it’s simply grown. While I may no longer wear a badge, my commitment to Monterey Park remains strong. Real estate, for me, isn’t just a transaction.
